This design is an exercise in simplicity and wonder, with this circular but complex pattern emerging from just over five hundred standard LEGO plates. It contains 21 rotational symmetries, chirality, and no true lines of reflective symmetry. And despite being made of perfectly straight LEGO plates under little to no stress, it forms a nearly perfect circle around its border. Discovering this pattern was like finding a hidden treasure inside the nature of LEGO plates.
