Some LEGO elements pose very specific challenges. The 2x2 corner plate isone of the elements. Rarely has this piece been the primary element in my artwork--which is exactly why I took up the challenge to find a way to make it work and make it beautiful, and I could not have been more surprised at how simple and elegant was the design that emerged when mixing it with a standard 2x2 plate. The hexagonal motif is also circular, and the simple black and white is subtle and beautiful.
